Slime is a special type of heroes in Castle Clash. You can sacrifice slimes to upgrade the main skill of heroes. If you want to sacrifice a slime, tap on the Altar structure and choose Tactics Academy. Then select any hero that you want. Switch to the Consume Heroes tab. Choose a slime and push on the Consume button.
You can always hire slimes with shards in the Altar (the Sacrifice tab). There are several types of slimes that can give you skill experience points.
