Chrome contents all bookmarks in a seperate file. On Windows Vista / 7 and newer versions you can find bookmarks file in the following location: C:\Users\%username%\AppData\Local\Google\Chrome\User Data\Default. On Windows XP: C:\Users\%username%\Local Settings\Application Data\Google\Chrome\User Data\Default\
