First off, you should launch the viewer and click on Draw Board icon which is shown on pic. 1. Then pick Text tool (see pic. 2) and the text editor will appear (see pic. 3). Uncheck Background to hide inner and outer frames of your text message. Then click OK to apply changes. Then save your image.

Just click on Draw Board option as in picture below. Then click on Text to add your message.
