At first, you can try to restore settings to their original defaults. For this sake, launch the browser and click on

Settings →
Reset (see pic. 1).
If it didn't help, then you should create a new profile. Click on
More →
Settings→
Sign out if you have already using another account →
Add person. Or you can use the following URL:
chrome://settings/createProfile. Then make this profile as your default one to navigate web pages.
Another solution is to check password options. Click on More → Settings → Advanced → Passwords and forms → be sure that
Autofill settings are on.
