If you have purchased your Kaspersky Anti-Virus license online, then you can check your mailbox specified for creating the order. There you will find the activation code. If you can't find this message, contact the Online Store and provide an information about your name, email address, purchase date, and order number that can be found in a confirmation message from the store.
If you have purchased the antivirus from a retailer, you should check your box that contents the Activation card or Quick Start Guide. If you get lost these things, then contact Kaspersky support and provide copies of the documents that prove the purchase. Also, you should send a screenshot of the Licensing window of your Kaspersky Lab product. Just click on the bottom-right corner and bottom-left corner to show License: days remaining and Support icon.
