How to install Adblock Plus?

Click on Files tap and choose your web browser. If you have Mozilla Firefox, then just chose to add extension. If you have Google Chrome, then you need to download adblock plus extension file on your PC. Then open preference in your browser and find Extensions' menu (Preferences->Instruments->Extensions). Drag and drop your extension file on Extensions' menu screen. Push "add" button, and Adblock will be installed.
