Skype is the most famous program for distant communication. Developers tried to transfer all that experience from PC to Android platform.

It has the same functions and even menu design with blue and white colors as in PC version. You can use free voice/video calls or instant messages/chat. There are photo, snaps, and video sharing functions among main features of mobile Skype.

If you never used Skype before – don’t afraid! It’s easy to learn all basics. After signing in, you’ll see a screen divided into 3 parts: journal of all your messages and missing calls, favorites tap and contact list. Use the last one, if you want to add someone for voice talking or chatting. The upper panel buttons represent settings of your account.

The stability of the app is not perfect as expected. There are also some troubles with updates, disconnects and log in. But you can be sure, that authors always seek the way to improve the program and to add new options.

Stable mobile Internet (3G/4G) and Wi-Fi are not widespread yet. So, main functions of the app, as video and voice calls, depend on the quality of your connection. You need also to create an account if you don’t do it before. Be sure, that you have it and stay connected with the world around you.
