Wisepilot GPS is an advanced Android navigator that can calculate a speedy route and display various objects on the map. The application uses OpenStreetMap database and can automatically track distance, average speed, time, and another type of travel data. You are always available to get information about hospitals, cafes, shopping malls, cinemas, hotels, museums, banks, gas stations, and other facilities.
The app has a simple and easy in use interface. You can see the following elements after launching: the map, menu, search form, star icon, zoom in/out buttons, and map layers. You can always tap on any map object to view the information panel (address, distance). If you want to find a certain object, just tap on the search form to view the detailed list. The star icon is a list of your favorite places or objects. You can add to favorites any object from the map or search form and share it via Facebook. If you want to report an object, you should create an account or sign in, using popular web services.
The navigator is distributing as the free application. However, it has an advertisement block and paid options. Users can purchase the Premium version to get live traffic information and speed camera warnings.
It’s the qualitative navigation app. Despite the program requires the Internet connection, it provides lots of useful functions and can be used as a good alternative to other mobile navigation apps.
