How to get 6th hero base in Castle Clash?

I saw many castles with 6 hero bases. I have only 5. How can I obtain sixth hero base?

At first, you should upgrade four army camps to 16th level. Also, you have to upgrade to 16th level four gold mines, mana vaults, mana mills, and gold vaults. In total, you have to upgrade 20 structures to unlock 6th hero base.
