The easiest way is a hiring with 2200 shards in the Hero Shop. The Gem lottery is an alternative way. However, it is the very difficult method. Also, you can obtain Thunder God, using legendary hero cards. I recommend you to collect 2200 shards in dungeons or Here Be Monsters and purchase this hero.
