My friend has made a new clan. And I want to join his guild. How to join a clan in Castle Clash?

You should tap on the Guild Hall structure and select Guild. Then you need to tap on the lens icon, which is on the top-left corner of the screen. And type a name of your friend's guild in the search form. Push on the Search Gulds button to view a result.
