It's very easy. You have to enter the Arena and push on the Edit Teams button. Pick up your strongest heroes and switch to the Defense Team tab. Choose heroes for defense and tap on the Place Heroes button. Push on the Edit Setup button and place your heroes. Then tap on OK and shut down this window. Then you should return to the previous tab.
Everyone earns a certain amount of Honor Badges per hour. You don't do any special for this. It's a passive option. But if you have battle chances, you can challenge other players to win more Honor Badges. Choose any player you want and tap on the Challenge button. This button will be able after editing your hero team. Place your heroes on the position (top, bottom, and middle lane) and start a battle.
