General information about the program

Vuze is a comprehensive torrent client that BitTorrent and I2P protocol. It comes with IP filters, DHT support, convenient search boxes that allow you to find torrents quickly, subscriptions (RSS feeds), UPnP plugins, the remote feature that grants access to the desktop client from any Android device, firewall tests, a handsome HD media player, and smart video conversion. All these options make the utility one of the best torrent clients.

When you launch the program, you will discover a modern interface with 5 tabs in the top toolbar. The File tab allows you to add new torrents, pause, or stop them. The View tab can be used for the interface customization. The Community tab heads you to forums and public chat. Tools enable additional instruments that can help you to work with the network (Speed Limits, Transfer Bar, Statistics, Console). And Help tab contains tutorial and release notes. There is also management panel in the left column of the screen. It divided into 4 sections: My Torrents, Vuze, Content Discovery, and Device Playback. If you don’t know where you can find torrent files, you can easily download games (free-to-play), videos, and podcasts using Content Discovery tab.

Despite the utility is absolutely free, it has digital items and ad banners. For example, you can purchase Vuze Plus to get Antivirus, DVD Burn, Streaming option, and remove ads.
