Zipware is a small versatile utility that allows you to compress and extract file archives with ease. The application supports the most demanded formats including ZIP, RAR, TAR, ISO, 7Z, and more. Also, it can be integrated with Windows Explorer for convenient work with archives. Plus, the software allows you to test encrypted files, use a password manager, and scan archives by VirusTotal web service.
When you launch Zipware, you will discover a simple user-friendly interface. It is divided into three parts. On the left column, you can see imported archives. On the right side, there is the workspace where you can find what archives contain. And values are sorted by different categories like Modified, Type, Size, Name, Ratio, and Cmp. On the top of the screen, there is a control panel menu which is using when you need to add a new file, open an existing archive, use a converter, display information about content, execute testing, check malicious threats, and open settings. As for the recent option, it allows you to change the language, select extension association, choose a folder that you want to extract output files and set interface background colors. As you can see, the application doesn’t provide non-essential elements and options. Basic operations can run from the context menu if you select the appropriate checkbox when installing the software.
