Launch the application and switch to the General tab. Then click on Advanced → Others tab → Video Record Settings → Sound tab → check Record sound and choose your Primary Sound device if you have a microphone. And if you have some difficulties with sound settings of Bandicam, I recommend you to watch this video tutorial:
