At first, you should launch Google Chrome and click on More button (see pic. 1).
Then you have to select More tools → Clear Browsing Data.
If you want to delete only cached files, then you should check the appropriate checkbox named Cached images and files and click on Clear Data (see pic. 2).
Also, you can delete passwords, autofill form data, content settings, hosted app data, and media licenses by switching to the Advanced tab and clicking on Clear Data (see pic. 3).
