First, you have to create reports using the specified option.
Launch the antivirus → click on the gear button (Settings) → Support Tools → select the trace level in the Trace section. By default, it will be Recommended → click on Enable traces.
Now try to reproduce the error or issue caused the negative effect on your system. If you know exactly which application component is not stable, just disable all screens except for this one.
Then click on Stop button that is the red square icon.
Close the application and restart your system.
Then you should enable hidden files and folders on your PC.
Press Win + E and type in the address bar the following string:
%ALLUSERSPROFILE%\Kaspersky Lab\ (for Windows Vista / 7 / 8 / 10).
%ALLUSERSPROFILE%\Application Data\Kaspersky Lab\ (for Windows XP).
Press Enter on the keyboard.
The system will find LOG files with reports.
