Open Multiple Instances (Windows)

I can't open more than 2 Faststone Image Viewer windows at once. Any additional attempts just replace an existing image/window with the new image request.

I cannot even open more than one window. There seems to be no option within the program that changes this behaviour. The situation irritates.
