How to exchange heroes in Castle Clash?

I saw the Exchange button for all legendary heroes. But I don't get how it works!

You can collect legendary hero Soulstones from promotions. As you collect 200 Soulstones of the certain hero in the Red Book, you are able to exchange them on this hero. It is pity but the only way how you can get these soulstones is taking part in promotions. That's how it works.
