How do you get guild credits in Castle Clash?

I have a quest where I must use a flag in a battle. But it requires some guild credits. How to get them?

You can donate shards, using the Guild structure (Guild Donation tab). Enter a number of shards and push on the Donate button. You will exchange shards to guild credits. That game currency can help you to buy Riches or Protection flags and upgrade your guild.

But it doesn't always work... I have donated over 600 shards and if I go to the "donation" tab it shows 666 guild credits, but the tab "guild" shows only 16.........

You should be a leader of your guild if you want to get all guild credits. Usually, leaders unlock these flags for their clanmates.
